Sipsmith Zesty Orange Gin 70cl

Inspired by the intricate distillation techniques of their Lemon Drizzle Gin, their distillers have created a bright and fresh Zesty Orange gin using the same labour intensive process of macerating as well as vapour infusing botanicals. All the botanicals, aside from the fresh orange peel and fresh bergamot zest, are macerated in the tank overnight. Every morning their distillers then hand peel the fresh oranges and bergamot, placing the peel into the vapour changed. By macerating as well as vapour infusing the oranges, we are able to collect the different notes of orange, making our Zesty Orange Gin bright, zesty, sweet and full of flavour. No corners are cut, and no drop of zesty juice is left unused.
