Yes we do! Vouchers are available from £25. If you’re not quite sure which product to choose for someone special this is the best option for you! Every purchased gift card has a unique code. When a customer purchases a gift card, they can email the code to their recipient or themselves. You can get a voucher here.
Well, we have a great selection of pretty much every booze category, so take a look at your favourite category tab and go from there. Most spirits are further segmented to help you choose and all our wines and beers have tasting notes. Failing that, hit the chat button and we will help you out or get back to you.
As our brand name suggests most of our vast library of products contain alcoholic liquor, and therefore is an age restricted product, falling under age restricted laws. This makes it an offence to purchase if you are under the age of 18. By adding to your basket you will be asked to confirm you are 18 or over. Further to that anyone who looks under the age of 25 will be challenged upon delivery by our courier partners.
No problem! If you purchased an item as a gift and are posting directly to them, they won’t see any prices as we don’t post invoices to try and minimise our packaging. As purchaser, you will receive a digital invoice via email.
Of course! In the checkout screen un-tick the “billing address is the same as delivery address” box, and enter an alternative delivery address. Simples! Please note, the recipient must be over the age of 18.

As a craft drinks producer, we get that finding routes to market is confusing, intimidating and quite often not a nice experience! Here at Liquor Library, we have a ‘never say no’ policy to new listings so whatever your alcoholic wares, we are interested and we will endeavour to give you the exposure you deserve!
Likewise, if you have an old & rare bottle (or just a bottle you found in the back of grannies’ drinks cupboard) we’d be keen to see it, our in-house experts will give you a virtual valuation if you submit some photos and any information you have.
We are environmentally conscious and always strive to use recyclable and sustainable packaging where possible, whilst trying not to pass additional costs onto the customer. We currently use a combination of Air Shock (not recyclable but definitely reusable) and cardboard which is recyclable.

If your delivery was damaged before it got to you, message us with photos of the damage and we can arrange a refund or replacement options as appropriate.
We are sorry your order hasn’t arrived yet. We post 99% of deliveries within 24 hours, and all orders are fully tracked so if you have waited longer than 5 working days, then drop us a message and we’ll help you out ASAP. You will find your tracking number in your confirmation email. If you chose standard delivery your item will be shipped via DPD and they communicate with you at every stage of your order via email & text including an estimated delivery window on the day of delivery.

We are sorry to hear that you didn’t get on with your purchase; they are all different so guess we can’t like them all?! If it’s just the taste you don’t like, then unfortunately we’re unable to offer a refund, but if there is something wrong with the product, such as damage or incorrect order, then get in touch. Any issues with the product itself, please contact the manufacturer, whose details will appear on the packaging or label.
