The citrusy spirit is a spectacular pairing of pink grapefruit, absolutely bursting with fragrant grapefruit tartness and classic, robust notes of juniper. Using Williams Chase GB gin as the base spirit, Chase Distillery slowly infused a delicate range of eight botanicals including; juniper, orange peel, liquorice, elderflower and bitter almond before finally being distilled in their copper gin still with pink grapefruit peels.
