Starting with the regular Jawbox gin, this adds in sweet pineapple and spicy ginger, adding a whole new dimension to the juniper and citrus that Jawbox is known for. It tastes great over ice with ginger ale and a slice of lime, but also works really well in long cocktails – swap it for the rum in a mojito or the gin in a Tom Collins.
