The rain at the end of August allowed the grapes to reach optimal ripeness, leading to a harvest that began on 7 September, under a radiant sun. The nose of this Champagne opens with notes of toast and cocoa, evolving towards a floral bouquet with accents of lime, jasmine and peony, enriched by spices such as anise and cardamom.
