An award-winning infused gin with lemon and fragrant elderflower aromas over a rich and velvety palate with sweet spice and citrus blossom flavours. Produced at their Northamptonshire farm, using local hand-picked elderflower harvested during the short flowering season. Once picked, the flowers are combined with Harrington’s Dry Gin and a little sugar to infuse all of their unique fragrance into the spirit. The gin is made in a traditional one-shot distillation method using a specially made copper still that ensures a very pure and clean tasting spirit with a hint of spice.
