A full on cask strength bottling of the ‘mystery’ Islay malt, Smokehead. Bottled at 58% abv, this is as big and peaty as you like! Intensely peaty with a maritime note, vanilla and caramel on the nose. The palate is unsurprisingly big and fiery with oily campfire smoke, earth and pepper. The finish is coastal; sea spray and rock pools, along with lingering peat and a slight biscuity sweetness.
