Project #173 Banana Rum

The combo of rum and banana is well-established and generally considered to be excellent. Just think of all those fancy puddings that include the both of them in one form or another. Delicious! So, what if one excellent spirit brought them together (the rum and banana, not the various different puddings – though that idea is now probably on a list somewhere)?
