Maison Sassy Fine Calvados 40%

Maison Sassy is home to some of Normandy’s finest organic apple orchards. The cider made here is the subject of meticulous fine tuning and kept a closely guarded secret. This Calvados brandy is distilled from this cider and aged for at least two years in oak for a complex and sophisticated finish. It’s something truly special. Expect flavours of fresh green apple and white flowers. Pour it over apple sorbet for a traditional Trou Normand.
