This is an exceptional addition to the Maestro Dobel brand that integrates the best extra-aged in the house, aged in American oak barrels, French oak and finished in sherry barrels. Through a thorough selection of yeasts, the juices are fermented for up to 72 hours. Subsequently, they are slowly distilled under the traditional process using small copper stills, resulting in a tequila of great profile and extraordinary cleanliness in its sensory notes.
