Luxardo Sambuca Dei Cesari

The Luxardo family have created fine Italian liqueurs since 1821. The essential oils of star anise are extracted by steam distilling and macerated in alcohol to give Luxardo Sambuca dei Cesari a rich, smooth flavour. Luxardo Sambuca can be enjoyed on its own or complemented as a layered shotail with a cream liqueur. Try as a long drink by adding lemonade and a dash of blackcurrant cordial.
