Kyro Peat Smoke Malt Rye Whisky

A peaty treat from Finland’s Kyrö Distillery Company, this expression is produced with 100% Finnish malted rye that is smoked using Finnish freshwater peat. The wholegrain rye malt spends 24 hours being peat smoked in a barn before distillation, and plenty of vegetal, softly smoky peat character has carried through to the final spirit, bolstering the warming rye spice and waxy, citrussy notes at its heart.
