Hendrick’s Absinthe is a result of Ms Lesley Gracie’s experiments in her playground at the laboratory in the Hendrick’s Gin Palace. Ms Gracie has always believed that star anise, one of the central botanicals in absinthe, has star quality and has been playing with star anise and wormwood for some time now. With Hendrick’s Absinthe she has taken a fresh look at the absinthe category and re-imagined absinthe for a modern, curious, cocktail loving consumer. Hendrick’s is re-claiming absinthe as a super premium spirit by applying the approachability and mixability of gin to absinthe. At 48% ABV, Ms Gracie’s interpretation of absinthe is light and refreshing and includes Hendrick’s much-loved signature rose and cucumber. CONSUMMATELY HENDRICK’S BUT CATEGORICALLY NOT GIN.
