Rum Dos Maderas PX (5+5) first restes for five years in the Caribbean, then another three in the Williams & Humbert distillery in barrels where sherry Dos Cortados (Palo Cortado) matured, and finally completes the third stage, 2 years maturation in barrels where mature sherry Don Guido (Pedro Ximénez), which creates an extraordinary and especially first-class rum.
